NOT YOUR BASIC TRAINING PLAN...

Non-specific training plans just don't cut the mustard when it comes to achieving real, sustainable results that you can be proud of.


We've all got to start somewhere and with so much information out there on what you should and shouldn't be doing, it can be seriously overwhelming.
I get it!
That's why you need a coach that can identify where you are currently at, and who can guide you step-by-step towards your goals with a programme that is completely individual to YOU. My programmes are updated weekly, so you are always pushing on.

Learn safe and effective lifting techniques, develop strength, burn fat and feel like a badass.

 

I'll be guiding you through every single week, with check-ins, nutrition calls and session feedback.

If you are already a competitive sportsperson, or would class yourself as an intermediate gym goer looking to step it up, then I am here to get you there!

I work with you 1-1 to design your programme, with specific training sessions to develop your strength, power and fitness, getting you to the top of your game and beyond.

With weekly check-ins, full exercise demonstrations, and programmes all uploaded to a handy app, you'll be set up ready to be the best athlete you can be.

Real Experiences, Real BADASSES

My ultimate goal is to win WSW and I know Becky can get me there!
Any comps or goals I have, Becky programs my sessions to make sure I enjoy training and on track to smash each one.
I have placed 1st & 2nd twice in my first 4 comps in 2021. I actually look forward to my program each week because I know it's not the same for weeks on end, which keeps me motivated and it's specific to me and my goals.
