HOW DO I GET MY PROGRAMME?
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
Online coaching gives YOU the flexibility to train when you like, how long you like and how you like!
We work together to create a custom plan suited to you. If you want 3 days a week for an hour session, you got it. If you need to peak for a specific date or event, I will create the most efficient way to get you there.
My systems are totally UNLIMITED!
Everything is done through a handy app called True Coach. Here you get detailed descriptions of your exercises, reps and sets, plus video demonstrations so you know exactly what you are doing.
Fill in your sessions as you go, and each week I'll give you detailed feedback on how you are doing, and what is coming up next.

WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED/CAN I USE ANY GYM?
Everything is built around your current situation. Once we have had our first phone call, I will ask about what equipment and facilities you currently use, and you programme will be designed accordingly.
