My ultimate goal is to win WSW and I know Becky can get me there! Any comps or goals I have, Becky programs my sessions to make sure I enjoy training and on track to smash each one. I have placed 1st & 2nd twice in my first 4 comps in 2021. I actually look forward to my program each week because I know it's not the same for weeks on end, which keeps me motivated and it's specific to me and my goals.

I joined Becky for her Strong Girl Summer programme after struggling with a back injury. I usually train intensively 6 times a week but back pain forced me to reduce my sessions and intensity. After having some treatment on my back, it was noted that weak glutes were a major contributor and a strength programme was recommended. Becky carefully tailored my programme to build the strength up carefully and without pain.

After my 12 weeks, I had hit PBs in deadlift, split jerk, bench press and even managed two strict pull ups.
I have honestly loved being coached by Beck, the one thing she excels at is spotting small detail in lifts and correcting form.
I am so happy with my strength and rehab that I have continued to be coached by Becky!
The Strong Girl Summer Programme enabled me to get back into fitness in a manageable and enjoyable way. During the 12 weeks I saw huge weight lifting achievements, a 5kg weight loss and better physical and, most importantly, mental health. The most valuable part of the programme is Becky herself and her ability to connect with you even when you’re a thousand miles away! Becky’s continued support, feedback and guidance is invaluable and is the only thing that’s kept me motivated and wanting to carry on even after the 12 weeks ended. I’ve learnt so much about my body and how strong I am/have the potential to be, as well as the fact that you absolutely get back what you put in. I can’t recommend this programme enough if you want to get stronger and also meet some incredible women along the way!
